Rudy’s Business Center

Arvana is pleased to announce the completion of the Rudy’s Business Center rehabilitation project. We received our Certificate of Occupancy (CO) today (03/12/2015). This eight month project involved converting an approximate 12,000 square foot, single user building into eight smaller units mixed into five retail units and 3 warehouse units. The project, located on 54th Avenue in Kenneth City also included new paving throughout along with painting and upgrades to the surrounding 66 unit garage-size self storage units. As of this writing, two retail units and one warehouse unit have been leased with strong interest in the remaining units. #arvana #rudy’s
