Charles ‘Chuck’ Flynt
As property manager and senior leasing agent, Chuck spends most of his time in the field interacting with prospective and existing tenants and coordinating actions of our vendors and maintenance staff. A Florida State University alumnus (Go ‘Noles!), Chuck joined our team in 1998 and is a Certified Building Contractor along with being a licensed real estate agent. Chuck’s knowledge of the local market is a valuable asset to our company.
Vincent Smith
Vincent functions as company administrator and broker and oversees all day-to-day financial activities. Additionally, he participates with long- term corporate planning and strategy development. Vincent has extensive knowledge in the local real estate market working in or around the industry since 1983. He has been a team member since 1999 and performs as liaison with the banking, insurance and regulatory agencies. Vincent is a St Petersburg College (SPJC to the long-time locals) and University of South Florida alumnus (Go Bulls!).
Amanda Fava
Amanda was recruited to the team in 2015 and is our Assistant Property Manager. Her responsibilities include insuring that all lease terms are maintained and enforced. Additionally, Amanda provides vital office support and is the main link between existing tenants and our agency. Amanda brings an extensive back ground in client relations as well as previous supervisory experience. We appreciate the experienced perspective Amanda provides and her contributions to our company continue to expand as time progresses.
Julie Van Ness
Julie is our Assistant Property Manager for Citrus County. Julie also oversees and supervises the self-storage operations in Citrus County and serves as our county wide liaison. Julie joined in 2016 and her job duties and company value continue to expand. Julie is the main link between our Pinellas County Office and Citrus County Office. She is responsible for performing all her duties and responsibilities while ensuring Citrus County locations are safe and properly maintained as needed. Julie provides customer satisfaction through direct communication with tenants and our team.
Mike Brieser and Robbie Howell
Mike and Robbie represent our dedicated and hard-working maintenance staff. These individuals are leaned on heavily throughout the year for a wide array of maintenance duties and always perform above and beyond expectations. Their easy going attitude and hard-work ethic make them important assets to our company. When you see them working at one of the properties, please give them a ‘shout out’ and a thank you for their efforts.
Richard Arnold, Lola Gibson
Richard is the patriarch of our team and provides experience, knowledge and strategy that guide our path to success. While not participating in the day-to-day routine of the property management activities, Richard provides extensive guidance and expertise during strategic planning sessions, problem solving and overall corporate mentality. Lola brings forty plus years of business related experience to our management team as well as providing back office support and leadership acumen. Each individual is an important element in the structure and success of our management company but both choose to operate ‘behind-the-scenes’ so to speak.
